Buyers Guarantee

As a VIP Buyer, we guarantee that when you find the home you want to purchase, we will negotiate on your behalf to help you purchase this home for at least $5,000 less than the listed price

(i.e. the price listed on the MLS-Multiple Listing Service)

or we will pay you $1,000 cash at closing of the sale.

Conditions:

* You will obtain written pre-approval for a home loan from a lending institution within  21 days of the date of signing this guarantee.

* The listed price of the home you purchase will be at least $150,000.

* You pay us absolutely no fees for our services. The seller will pay our entire  commission on the home purchase.

* This guarantee applies to any home listed with any brokerage firm, and does not apply to listings that are listed by any member of the Fayetteville Home Team. If you decide to buy a home listed by any member of the Fayetteville Home Team then we shall turn into a transaction broker and our goal will be to do our best to bring the buyer and seller together to find a price which is fair to both.

* If we fail to negotiate a price for you of at least $5,000.00 below listed price, we will pay you the $1,000 guaranteed cash savings at the closing of the sale of the home you purchase
